I have been practicing massage for over 10 years in various settings and capacities. During this time, I have observed that many of us do not pay adequate attention to our bodies. We tend to ignore our daily aches and pains and often expect our bodies to perform in ways that are not optimal for our health. We also hold ourselves in postures or perform repetitive tasks that produce strain on our joints and muscles without being aware that we are doing so.

Massage is a gentle and nurturing way to not only relieve muscle tension, but also to increase our body awareness. This can lend to an improved way in which we move and hold ourselves. Being more aware of our bodies also helps us to remember to do other things for ourselves that are nurturing and relieve stress. Massage simply reminds us, in a way that feels good, to take care of ourselves. It is an honor to be given the opportunity to help in that endeavor.

I offer Swedish/Relaxation Massage; Deep Tissue and Myofacial Release Techniques as well as other relaxing and therapeutic treatments including Hot Stone Massage.

My rates are as follows:
60min Massage: $50
90min Massage: $70
2hr Massage: $90
45min Hot Stone Back Massage: $60
90min Full Body Hot Stone Massage: $80

Students and those 65 and older receive a $5 discount. Gift Certificates are available and after your first massage you will receive a referral card so that if you refer someone new to me, they receive a $10 discount off their first massage, and you receive a $10 discount off your next massage.

I make all my own massage oils and creams and have created a line of all natural hand-crafted body care products including body butter, hand cream, massage and body oil, brown sugar polish, facial scrub, aroma room spray, and lip balm. These are available through my office and a few local retailers including the Moscow Food Co-op and Sweet Peas and Sage.

I offer a relaxing and comfortable environment in which you can let the world fall away, and provide lots of extras like heating pads and slippers, eye pillows, plenty of water and a chocolate for you to re-enter the world in peace and tranquility!
