Alchymia has been providing coaching and personal development workshops for area residents since early 2005. Katrina Mikiah, who has lived in Moscow since 1999, operates her private practice from home, serving clients both in person and over the phone. She is a graduate of Coach for Life and a member of the International Coach Federation.

Professional coaching is an interactive and on-going partnership that helps people gain clarity to set meaningful and realistic goals, take effective action towards those goals, develop natural strengths and experience greater enjoyment of life. Professional coaches work with clients in all areas, including personal development, vocation, finances, health and relationships.

Wellness coaching is specifically focused on helping clients change lifestyle habits that interfere with their health and well-being. As a result of the on-going support of the coaching relationship, clients can receive improved benefit from medical treatment and health care recommendations, experience enhanced quality of life while living with chronic illness, reach fitness goals more quickly and with greater ease, and develop intrinsic motivation for health choices so that the journey of wellness is more fun and imparts lasting benefit.
