The Moscow Yoga Center offers yoga classes in the Iyengar tradition. The owner, Jeri Hudak, is a certified Iyengar yoga instructor with 19 years of teaching experience.

All of the instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance. These instructors include Jeri Hudak, Erika Greenwell, Marcia Gossard, and Margrit Vonbraun.

Our classes emphasize correct and precise alignment in the postures, including verbal and physical adjustments, development of strength, stamina and flexibility, and a safe and comfortable space to encourage deeper awareness and better health.

We offer Introductory Beginning classes for the raw beginner and continuing classes; Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 & 4, and Gentle classes for those with special needs. Individual private classes are also available. Daytime, evening and Saturday morning classes are offered, plus special Saturday and weekend workshops. We are a staff of dedicated yoga practitioners who study regularly with senior teachers to advance our training and keep our teaching fresh and inspired.
