Society Socks is the home of the acclaimed instructional DVD, "The Zen of Socks." Filmed and crafted in Moscow, the DVD spotlights long-time knitter and instructor Mary Jo Hamilton and her stress-free teaching methods.
With the DVD, she will teach you the basics of casting on, knitting and purling, and then walk you step by step through the process of knitting socks. Before you know it, you will be happily creating beautiful and unique socks on your own.
Society Socks also sells Mary Jo's hand-dyed premium sock-knitting yarn. Hand-knitted socks and other interesting hand-knitted items are sometimes available, however they are hard to keep in stock! Custom orders welcome.
