Pets Are People Too is a locally-owned independent pet store. This pet store has been located in Moscow under the same ownership for over 30 years. Vera Milosh and Jim Bonine founded the company in 1980 on the corner of C Street and Main. They moved to their present location, 428 Troy Highway, in July of 2002.
